1. What is your shipping policy?
At Vogue Straya, we offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

- Transit Time: Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing, with a total delivery time of 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Method: We use our Free Shipping service, ensuring timely and reliable delivery.
Please note that we only ship to Australia.

3. How can I track my order?

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately
at support@vogue-straya.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Shipping: If you made a wrong order or simply changed your mind, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method used.
6. What if the item I ordered is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@vogue-straya.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
7. Can I exchange my order for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your item within 30 days and place a new order for the correct size or colour. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs if you choose to return an item.
8. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are constantly working to improve our offerings, so stay tuned for future updates!
